The STAR Program
Our STAR (Strategic Transition Action Result) Program has provided hundreds of transitioning candidates the necessary tools to take charge of their transitions. The Program covers the five most critical components of a career transition:

- Marketing & Networking Campaigns
- Launching the New Career
Essential skills to produce an effective career search and transition are offered in a program format that is most suitable for the participants. The STAR Program can be delivered in a group setting over the course of five weeks (meeting once weekly) or in one day.
The STAR Program is applicable to all displaced employees within an organization rather than limiting availability to the executive level.
The Ability to Provide Support….In Any Location
We have the ability to work with jobseekers via telephone consultant and e-mail, which reduces our overhead costs and our outplacement fees. Communicating with jobseekers via telephone consultations and e-mail also allows us to work with displaced employees located in any geography.
For all local clients, we would be more than happy to offer the program live at your desired location. The program can be delivered effectively for groups of two to two hundred participants. We also offer one-on-one support for displaced employees.
